There was a wet scraggly possum sitting on the top of the chain link fence in Norwhich at the viaduct this morning as I was passing. I wanted to take a picture of this oddity but I was in the middle of an intersection and I didn't. I wish I had. Possums are strange. Slow and stupid looking - but what do I base that judgement on?
This morning I changed up my routine, slightly, getting dressed BEFORE I gave the dogs their morning treats. This threw Rocko for a loop, and thinking I was going to trick him into a trip to the groomer or vets, he disappeared. He's so weird. Like I can't get him no matter where he hides anyway? They say the behavior of dogs reflects the family/owner. Something to ponder...
He must get his cues from Sean.
Kidding.
Or not.
The calm after the storm. Don't you love how fresh and clean everything is after a good storm like we had last night? The air is fresh and charged, the sky is clear. The plants are greener. Sort of like how I feel after one hell of a good cry...
Maybe the earth is crying...
Have started another solo tour on Rock Band - finished easy, and close to finishing medium. I am now working on hard. No understatement there, it IS hard. But so was easy when I began. I broke the pedal for the drum. But the love of my life is an engineer. He fixes my toys. How lucky am I.
Some projects to start - Finish painting the table I sanded down. Start the design for H's rug. Work on rock border along east side of property. Find a good multi vitamin....
Lots of Peace today...

Elf,
I like One-a-day for women...but as you know...the vitamin I take may in fact be just the one to avoid!
I must admit that possum's creep me out. I only feel that way about a few types of animals-that possum type is one of 'em. No basis for this discrimination-never a bad experience...just feel it. Who knows?
I need to know more about the table and the rug. But maybe that is for another get together...
A change in my morning routine often makes me want to hide from loved ones and assume the worst too! Kind of like the morning of a surgery...fasting, anticipating, blah, blah, blah. I am with you Rocko.

Nature Made brand for vit.
In the rug design-I would love to see an old gnarly tree like the ones in Newport or the one on the hike growing on top of concrete...
