Was just on the CL&P (utilities) web site.  There is a link for "reporting your outage electronically".  ????

And you know those bugs that swarm around your outdoor lights (or indoor, if you leave your window open) at night?  Why don't they just come out during the day????

I developed an infection in the gum behind my wisdom tooth.  (yes, I still have my wisdom teeth tho the purpose for those have yet to be revealed)  On Monday the dentist honored my plea for a visit and suggested the tooth be pulled.  It was a good tooth, and wrongly blamed for my pain.  It was my stupid gums that betrayed me.  So, in the interest of avoiding future problems I agreed.  Got the novacaine shots, and as a kidney stone sufferer and the bearer of three children and a tumor, I gotta say;  not pretty.  Afterwards the assistant informs me that the novacaine doesn't take so well on infected tissue.  Really?  Serendipitously, my little dog had HIS dentist scheduled for Tuesday, and ended up having two teeth pulled.  We were both suffering and on antibiotics and soft food.  Yay pudding.  And on Wednesday, my therapist was late for our appointment because she was with the horse dentist, working on her horse's teeth.  Everything is strangely connected.

I found a little bird while mowing yesterday.  Thought he could fly, but was probably a few short days of that particular capability.  He rushed his karma and now is cat food.  Lesson?  Can't unfold the universe by force.

Made my first sale via Pondside Knits.  Felt five feet tall!  One hundred dollars on a specially requested blanket to be given for a shower gift.  The customer LOVED it and nearly was in tears it was more than she expected, more than perfect.  Next - set up web  site and domain name.  Waiting for my business card to arrive in the mail.  Currently working on a "jewel scarves" line.  They are chenille and funky.

The neighbors on the other side of me are putting their house on the market.  The house on the OTHER side of ours sold about a year ago and was on the market for a couple years.  Is this something I should be taking personally?  My neighbors moving?  My brother says "every neighborhood has an asshole.  if you don't know who it is, it is probably you".  I think I'm it.  Oh, I SO stay awake every night worrying about that....
